Whizzinator sets are designed to assist people in passing drug tests by providing fake urine stored in an undetectable container with a tube leading directly out. In addition, heat pads help make it appear like the urine is coming directly from their bodies.
The Device
Whizzinator kits are intended to assist people in falsifying urine samples for drug tests. The devices include a pouch to hold fake pee, a tube through which one “pees”, heating pads to keep the liquid warm, as well as synthetic urine that’s designed to replicate real pee’s pH, specific gravity, creatinine levels and urea or uric acid content with just the right level of foaming and foam volume.
A Michigan Democrat considered it unpatriotic to use fake penis to cheat on tests administered by government agencies, noting the risk that people using this tactic to skip drug tests might employ while operating nuclear power plants, driving thousand-foot supertankers into ports or transporting children to school. Yet even determined individuals can get caught attempting this. One man in Missouri and another from Tennessee were both arrested in 2014 while trying to pass probation-mandated drug tests using Whizzinators devices; both individuals were on their second conviction for marijuana offenses.
The Fake Pee
Whizzinator kits feature fake pee that has been specially made to look and act like real urine in order to help people pass drug tests. Each kit comes equipped with an easily hidden cup, tube to release pee out, heater packs for maintaining body temperature, foam and smell replicating real pee, so testers believe that the urine came directly from their own bodies.
There are various strategies available for passing a urine test, including drinking excessive water to flush your system and using adulterants to mask drugs of abuse. But labs have improved their techniques for catching fake samples, using sophisticated tests for things not found in synthetic urine such as uric acid and urea; in addition, other factors like temperature and composition will also be taken into consideration in these methods of analysis.
The Tests
Whizzinator devices are engineered to mimic real urine in all its form and function, from the way it looks and feels to how it pours out. Furthermore, they’re engineered for discretion so they’re an ideal way to beat drug tests privately or avoid having one altogether.
These devices are often sold in kits, complete with synthetic urine in powder form, a syringe to administer it and heating pads to ensure the Fake Pee is at body temperature. Furthermore, each kit typically includes a synthetic prosthetic penis that comes in various skin tones along with waist straps to secure it securely as well as instructions for use.
To maximize the effectiveness of a Whizzinator, it is recommended that users practice using it at home 3-5 times before their testing day. This will enable users to become familiar with its operation while assuring all components are working as they should and that everything has been maintained and cleaned thoroughly; dirty equipment could subsequently trigger suspicion.
The Law
Whizzinators are illegal in certain states to sell and even if it were legal for you to own one, trying to use one to pass a drug test is against federal and state laws, employer policy and DOT policy. For instance, in 2008 the Missouri court of appeals upheld an individual’s forgery conviction after using an unregulated fake pee kit to try and pass job related drug screening screening tests in Missouri.
Do not bring novelty devices or fluids to a test site. Doing so could increase the chance of refusal determination for tampering under the current DOT testing program and could potentially trigger refusal decisions for tampering under lawful alternatives such as timing, role selection, accommodations or assistance programs.
